Vertex Inc. is the leader of tax technology solutions and services for corporations worldwide. Vertex Cloud is the SaaS solution that automates sales and use tax including calculation and returns. With multiple service levels and flexible pricing models, Vertex Cloud meets the sales and use tax needs for businesses of all sizes.
As the lead UI/UX designer on this team, I continuously worked with internal marketing and development at Vertex Cloud to help iterate on their website and create marketing materials, as well as to enhance the overall user experience and intricacies of their product application. Over the span of two years, I also worked closely with the Vertex team to conduct user testing that helped us better understand their customers. All work created at O3 World.
